The SteamTeam

The SteamTeam is a group of passionate and dedicated volunteers, made up mostly of Acadia University students, who act as mentors in Steamspace.

• First aid & WHMIS certification (we cover the costs and the facilitate      certification)
• Attend training sessions
• Availability of 3 hours every two weeks
• While volunteering you can expect to:

1. Train, Troubleshoot and assist people
2. Mentor members of the space
3. Process membership payments
4. Give informal tours of the space
5. Opening, closing and operational duties
6. Inventory management
